Woodland Family Practice

Clinic Services

Here are a list of medical services Woodland Family Practice offers.

In-office visits

From newborn care to elderly care, Woodland offers essential in-office visits

Virtual visits

Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering both video and telephone visits to limit the amount of time you are in the office.  However, virtual visits do not replace in-person visits and therefore, we will often ask you to come in for physical examination or management if needed.

Primary prevention

Your family physician will identify risk factors for chronic disease and work with you to modify and lower risk.

Complex care and chronic disease management

Your family physician is equipped to monitor and management your chronic illnesses and work as a team with specialists involved in your care.
